PSALM thanks Mayor Joy Belmonte and the Quezon City LGU for facilitating the vaccination of PSALM personnel against COVID-19
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is grateful to Mayor Joy Belmonte and to the local government of Quezon City for including the PSALM employees in the vaccination program against COVID-19 being done by the QC-LGU. PSALM’s office is located at the Vertis North Corporate Center 1, North Avenue, Quezon City and Quezon City is thus its host LGU.
Last month, two vaccination schedules were given by QC-LGU to the PSALM employees belonging to the A2 category (Senior citizens) and the A3 category (Persons with comorbidities). On 19 June 2021, QC-LGU accommodated those PSALM employees falling under the A4 category (Frontline government personnel in essential sectors like Energy, including uniformed personnel). In total, there were about 143 PSALM employees who benefitted from the vaccination program of the QC-LGU.
PSALM strongly supports the goal of eliminating COVID-19 through vaccination. And with the vaccination of the majority of its employees, PSALM looks forward to resuming safely its various corporate activities onsite and face-to-face.
