PSALM's Integrated Management System

Since 2009, PSALM has been adherent to international quality standards for its various operations.

PSALM’s compliance to Quality Management System (QMS) is manifested by its recent ISO 9001:2015 recertification. On 19 December 2022, SOCOTEC Certification Philippines (SOCOTEC) issued the certification after an extensive and rigorous review of the Corporation’s processes and quality objectives in the areas of privatization of assets, management of assets and liabilities, and administration of universal charge, including support services.

Notable positive findings include ease of availability of documented information, implementation and documentation of established procedures in PSALM, and knowledgeability and active involvement of PSALM management and members in achieving QMS processes.

ISO 9001:2015 is internationally recognized as the world’s leading quality management standard. This indicates that PSALM’s processes meet statutory and regulatory requirements while achieving excellence in the performance of its mandates.
