PSALM successfully bids out its land property in Camarines Sur
In its second round of bidding held on 16 October 2019, PSALM successfully bid out the 193-square-meter land property in Camarines Sur to a winning bidder for PHP1,254,500.00. The sale of the property, which consists of one lot, is part of PSALM's 2019 Scorecard target. Proceeds from the sale will be used to settle PSALM’s financial obligations assumed from the National Power Corporation.
