PSALM holds pre-bid conference for the sale of its land properties in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental and in Toledo City, Cebu
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) held a pre-bid conference on 12 July 2019 for the privatization of its land properties in Jasaan, Misamis Oriental and in Toledo City, Cebu to allow interested bidders to raise clarificatory questions regarding the technical aspects of the sale. This activity provides the proper information needed to assist interested bidders in submitting a bid proposal responsive to the requirements.
“The matters raised by the interested bidders regarding the bidding documents, buyer’s responsibilities and other requirements shall all be taken into account in enhancing the terms and conditions of the sale,” PSALM President and CEO Irene Besido-Garcia said.
The bid opening for both land properties is set on 01 August 2019.
