The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) gathered its Visayas power customers to its annual Power Customers Forum to discuss PSALM’s ongoing programs as power supplier and to address specific issues and concerns that power customers may have on their existing contracts and other related matters.
Specifically, the forum aimed to disseminate information on the implementation of the Universal Charge rates to distribution utilities in Visayas, improve collection efficiency, ensure compliance with the Contracts for the Supply of Electric Energy (CSEE), and market the uncontracted generation capacity of the Unified Leyte Geothermal Power Plant to prospective customers. In addition, participants were acquainted with PSALM’s new online viewing of relevant documents such power billings, credit and debit memos, and official receipts.
Held last 20 June 2019 at Harolds Hotel, Cebu City, the annual forum serves as a venue for enhancing PSALM’s relationship with its power customers.
