PSALM maps out strategic plan on financial and asset management and for remaining corporate life
PSALM top and middle managers convened in a three-day Corporate Strategic Planning Workshop (CSPW) held from 01-03 April 2019 at Xenia Hotel in Clark City, Pampanga to thresh out PSALM’s critical issues, lay down proposed interventions, outline corporate targets for the year 2020, and align its organizational direction for years 2020 to 2026.
Highlights of the CSPW also include assessment of PSALM’s current internal and external environment, presentation of its 2018 accomplishments, including Corporate Governance Scorecard and results of the 2018 Customer Satisfaction Survey, discussion of relevant matters which include the newly-enacted Ease of Doing Business Act (RA 11032) and the Integrated Management System, and a seminar on work values and corporate leadership.
The CSPW is an annual activity that reflects PSALM’s commitment to achieve its mandates through goal-setting and adequately address the ever-changing environment.
