Atty. Garcia, who officially assumed as PSALM President and CEO on 25 May 2018, began the task of leading PSALM in optimizing the proceeds from the sale of power generation and real estate assets for the liquidation of the outstanding financial obligations of PSALM assumed from the National Power Corporation and administering the Universal Charge (UC) among other urgent matters besetting the Corporation.
