PSALM holds blessing of its 10th floor Vertis North Corporate Center 1 office
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) has leased another office on the 10th floor of Vertis North Corporate Center 1 in addition to its current office on the 24th Floor. PSALM’s 10th floor office houses the Office of the President and CEO (OPCEO), the offices of the Vice Presidents for Finance Group, Privatization and Asset Management, Legal and General Counsel, and Corporate Services Group. The PSALM Board Room is also located on the same floor as well as the offices under the PSALM Board, namely, the Offices of the Corporate Secretary and Internal Audit. The Strategic Communications and Performance Management Office, being under the OPCEO, is likewise situated on the same floor.
PSALM’s Electricity Trading Department has also moved to the 10th floor to provide an exclusive area for the Corporation’s 24-hour power trading. Lastly, a satellite office for Support Services and Supplies Room is also housed in the same floor to efficiently cater to the administrative needs of employees.
With the growing population of PSALM’s workforce, it is necessary to provide ample workstations and common areas compliant with occupational safety and building standards. The office expansion reflects PSALM's strong commitment to provide conducive, safe and effective working environment for its employees and stakeholders.
