PSALM garners recognition as a top-ranking GOCC in the CY 2022 Performance Scorecard for GOCCs
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation has been recognized as a top-ranking Government-Owned and Controlled Corporation (GOCC) by the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) for its CY 2022 Performance Scorecard during the Governance Awards Ceremony on 20 November 2023 at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC). PSALM achieved a perfect score of 100.00% rating, placing it among the top ten (10) GOCCs evaluated by the GCG. It is noteworthy that PSALM is the only GOCC under the Energy and Materials Sector to bag the said award.
The Performance Evaluation System (PES) of the GCG is the process of appraising the accomplishments of GOCCs in a given fiscal year based on a set of performance criteria, targets, and weights reported in a Performance Scorecard. PSALM Corporation's exceptional scorecard performance is a testament to its commitment to attaining its overall organizational target and aligning with the government’s policy direction.
