PSALM and Local Government of Baguio City sign MOA for the sale of Baguio land property
The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) and the Local Government of Baguio City signed on 09 December 2022 a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the sale of PSALM’s Baguio Property. The property is composed of ten lots and has a total land area of 6,332 square meters. It is located in North Sanitary Camp, Baguio City. The property is valued at PHP36,046,003.80.
The undertaking for the sale of the property started in October 2019 when Mayor Benjamin Magalong informed PSALM that Baguio City is offering to purchase the property. Then in November 2019, PSALM received the formal offer of Baguio City.
A portion of the property is occupied by the Baguio Sewerage Treatment Plant.
