The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation is inviting interested parties to the sale of its land property located in Barangay Turod, Sudipen, La Union. The deadline for the submission of bids is set on 31 May 2023, at 2:00 PM which will be immediately followed by the opening of the submitted bids.
The subject property, composed of Site I and Site II, spans 1,812 square meters and has a minimum bid price of PHP2,669,000.00.
The lots comprising the property are classified as residential for Site I, while Site II is categorized as commercial and residential. Light to heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic loads can pass through the streets of the neighborhood. The property is suitable for commercial use and residential development.
The sale of the Sudipen property will be on an “as-is, where-is” and “Cash” basis and will require a one-time full payment from the winning bidder.
Interested parties are required to pay a non-refundable participation fee in the amount of PHP3,000.00 until one (1) business day before the bid submission deadline.
The pre-bid conference is scheduled on 10 May 2023 at 2:00 PM to provide an opportunity for prospective bidders to raise questions and seek clarification relevant to the terms and conditions of the sale.
The Bidding Package can be downloaded through the PSALM website at https://www.psalm.gov.ph beginning 24 April 2023.
