The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) invites interested parties to participate in the third round of negotiated sale process and to submit offers for its Paco-Manila Property with a minimum offer price (MOP) of PHP527,087,552.00. Financial offers lower than the current MOP will be rejected outright. The offer submission deadline for this asset is set on 31 August 2021, 12:00 noon at the PSALM office.
To address queries on the negotiated sale process, a pre-negotiation conference will be held on 10 August 2021 at 1:00 PM through video conferencing.
The Paco-Manila Property in Isla de Provisor, Paco, Manila, is composed of 8 lots with an approximate area of 20,975 square meters. It is situated in a prime location, being in close proximity to a major shopping mall, several government institutions, including colleges and universities and other business establishments.
The negotiation package may be downloaded from the PSALM website at https://www.psalm.gov.ph/privatization/rea by interested parties starting 30 July 2021 until two (2) business days prior to offer submission deadline. Alternatively, electronic copies of the negotiation package may be sent by PSALM upon request through electronic mail.
