The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is selling via public bidding its land asset in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. The asset has a total area of about 3,530 square meters with a minimum bid price of PHP70,600,000.00. This asset used to be the location of the Laoag Diesel Power Plant.
In an Invitation to Bid published in three daily newspapers, PSALM announced that the bid submission deadline is at 12:00 noon of 05 September 2019 at the PSALM Office, 24th Floor Vertis North Corporate Center 1, North Avenue, Quezon City. Due diligence activities may be conducted by interested bidders starting 08 August 2019 until two (2) days before bid submission deadline.
PSALM has scheduled on 22 August 2019 a pre-bid conference for bidders to raise their inquiries on the technical aspects of the sale.
