The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is seeking offers for the negotiated sale of the Manila Thermal Power Plant (MTPP) Land. The minimum offer price is set at PHP736,368,000.00.
Expressions of Interest and Acceptance of the Negotiation Procedures need to be submitted on or before 23 January 2019 to the PSALM Privatization, Bids and Awards Committee. Due diligence activities may be conducted by interested parties starting 09 January 2019. The deadline for the submission of offers is on 31 January 2019, 12:00 PM at the PSALM Office, 24th Floor Vertis North Corporate Center 1, North Avenue, Quezon City.
The MTPP Land is situated along the Pasig River in Isla de Provisor, Paco, Manila. It has an indicative area of 20,975 square meters. It can be noted that the first and second rounds of bidding for the MTPP Land failed on 15 August 2018 and 23 November 2018, respectively.
