The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management Corporation (PSALM) is privatizing two (2) of its real estate assets: 1) a parcel of land in Naga City and 2) two condominium units in Puerto Azul Complex, Cavite City inclusive of one (1) Club Share at the Puerto Azul Golf and Country Club.
The lot in Naga-Bicol Property, located at Villa Concepcion Subdivision, Concepcion Pequeña, Naga City, is about 193 square meters. The bid submission deadline for this property is on 05 December 2018 at 12:00 noon, PSALM office.
The two Puerto Azul condominium units (exclusive of land) will be sold as one package together with one Club Share. Each unit has a lot area of about 83.95 square meters with total floor areas of 247.22 square meters. The minimum bid price for the package is PHP4,887,000.00. Bid submission deadline for this package is on 23 November 2018 at 12:00 noon, PSALM office.

The proceeds from the sale of these real estate properties will be used to augment funding sources to service PSALM’s assumed financial obligations.
