Two days after bidding adieu to former President and Chief Executive Officer Nieves L. Osorio, the PSALM management and employees last Friday welcomed Mr. Jose "Nono" C. Ibazeta as their new head. In her farewell remarks, Ms. Osorio lauded PSALM management and employees for the unwavering support and hard work they displayed in weathering the challenges and accomplishing the tasks at hand. She leaves behind hardworking, intelligent and supportive staff members who are committed to pursue PSALM's mandate. Saying that his predecessor did a 'wonderful job,' Mr. Ibazeta is bent on getting the job done as stipulated in the EPIRA law, practicing an open and consultative process in achieving PSALM's objectives, encouraging higher efficiency in the work place and employing strategic planning to check any deficiency that may arise.
