Why does the termination take effect only 30 days after the notice?
The contract states that PSALM shall notify the buyer in writing at least 30 days before the termination takes effect.
If YNN comes up with the US$227 million in the next 30 days, will you accept it?
The contract does not prohibit accepting payment within the 30-day period.
